J and T Ultimate Cleaning is contracted to come out and clean; we are not on any payroll on your behalf. You understand you must pay J and T Ultimate Cleaning at the time service is rendered. If we come out to clean and other arrangements have been made to pay us, you understand that if payment comes later then agreed to there is a $25 late fee for every day that the payment is late.

You understand that if an arrangement has been made that you or someone else is to at the job site while we clean, you will be charged the cleaning fee and any applicable late fee if we show up and no one is there to let us in.

We have a satisfaction guarantee policy. Which means if our staff comes out to clean, and you are not satisfied. We will come back and clean for free.
